ok.I think dis is a big problem. MOE is juz so inefficient in e way they do stuff. I sent them my first email and they took one wk to reply. *time is precious hey dude* nvm abt dat. But e reply they gave me was like a cut and paste content from some websites i felt like throwing eggs at e person. ARGH! i sent back my 2nd email and till now theres no reply. O yeh, they have dis telephone operator dat i tink shud be sacked. i called twice n he couldnt solve my pro and ans my enquiries such dat i had to called back another time to request for another telephone operator. ARGH! Thirdly i am sposed to get my package and they havent sent it. How would i noe wad i'm sposed to do w/o all those info.ARGH! When sch reopens, its a start of a whole new life and experience. Hang in there KW. U can do it
